 A BALTIC VISUAL DIARY 

Balticum is a photorecord of the roadtrip I took across the three Baltic republics, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, for two weeks in summer 2017.

The trip had Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, both as a starting and finishing point, and led me to places such as the same Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Gauja National Park, the Turaida Castle, Sooma National Park or the Hill of the Crosses, among others.

I used a simple, flexible grid to organize all the elements that make up the newspaper. In terms of typography, the entire project uses a single typeface (Untitled Sans Regular, by Klim Type), with careful attention paid to establishing a hierarchy among the different levels of content.
